Dominic and Hem-Young de Fazio

Dominic and Hem-Young work together as a team.  The de Fazios have been an active, involved and successful real estate team since 1981.  They have succeeded because they provide the kind of sensitive and compassionate service that folks need when they are making a major transition in their lives.  They call their service "the de Fazio Experience."

Dominic's early career saw a long stint as a corporate executive responsible for real estate investments, wholesale & retail trade & finance.  He has been a RE broker since 1981.  He is a past president of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors.

In addition, Dominic served on the local real estate association's Board of Directors for five years and the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors for four years.

Hem-Young was born in Seoul, Korea and graduate in the top 1% of her class.  She worked as a buyer for the Bank of Korea, the leading financial institution in South Korea.

Her first venture in the U.S. was the "Instant Office," a company which provided office services to attorneys, real estate brokers, consultants and other business people in Pasadena.

Hem-Young was licensed in real estate in 1987 after six years as a co-owner of Dominic de Fazio & Associates.  The de Fazios merged their company with Podley Caughey & Doan in mid-1991 to enhance their marketing strength.  The merger in 1999 with Coldwell Banker brings them to the peak of market strength.
